The Service (data processor) - Domain Market Pro

Service Provider - TCK Media, developer and owner of Domain Market Pro

The Client (data controller) - user, contractor, and/or subscriber of the service

Data owner - the individual or party that initiates contact through the Client’s website.



If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, phone number, website address, company business name, etc. 

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis. 

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and acquiring the necessary permissions to use the content, if applicable. Certain types of content are not allowed on our service, which include:

  • Any trademark or copyright content you do not own or have permission to use
  • Any illegal content
  • Adult or pornographic content
  • Hateful, inciteful content
  • Anything that may be deemed offensive

Breach of this item will result in a) warnings, and/or b) automatic suspension.

You, as the Client, retain all rights to the content you create in the system. TCK Media, the owner of Domain Market Pro, retains the rights to the software. 

Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by TCK Media. 

TCK Media has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TCK Media shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Data Processing

The Service provides storage of data on your (the Client’s) behalf that includes names, emails, and other data of parties that initiate contact through the Client’s hosted website forms. This data is voluntarily provided by the party (data owner). 

It is the Client’s responsibility to have a ‘Privacy’ page outlining how this data will be used and it may be only used in a manner consented by the data owner. 

If the data owner requests that their data be erased, it is the Client’s responsibility to delete the data in a timely manner. This includes any location or device it may have been exported to. The deletion must be permanent.

Suspension of Service

For non-payment. Your site will be automatically suspended after 5 days past the service renewal due date. For 45 days the site can be unsuspended by logging in and making a payment. During the suspension period the site will continue to function on the front-end with a “powered by…” link automatically placed in the footer along with an advert.

For unlawful or inappropriate activity. Your site will be suspended for such activity and taken offline until appropriate action(s) have been taken.


The service can be canceled by the Client at any time at which point all data will be permanently deleted within 15 days. During the first 45 days (that includes free trial and money-back periods) of the service any cancellation request will be accompanied by a full refund. After the initial 45 day period, no refunds will be made.

Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information"). Such information is considered private and will not be disclosed to a third-party except in extreme cases where a court order requires this. 

Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this. 

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with information related to your inquiry and expressed interests. 

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site. 

Personal Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you are a client of DMP, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the free SSL that comes with each DMP Shop. This will encrypt all data transfered between your site and the visitors' browsers. 

How We Protect Your Data
Your data includes your account information, domain listings, page content, sales data, and email. We require that you always access the app control panel (back-office) and email via secure connection option (https via browser or provided SSL settings for email). All passwords must be secure. Your data is backed up 3-4 times a week or more. Furthermore, your data is protected by a firewall at server level. Brute Force protection is in place to prevent bots trying to guess passwords.

Staff of DMP is not able to view the following information on your DMP account, without your permission: domain offers, sales, histories, private notes, and subscribers.


The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:

  • Process requests via contact form
  • Send a periodic newsletter, if requested
  • Specific to the performance of the Service

Our legal basis for processing for the personal data:

  • The data owner has given consent to process their data for one or more of the following purposes: 
    • Response to request for information
    • Performance of the Service 
    • Service status updates
    • New feature announcements

The special categories of personal data concerned are:

  • Authentication (to access the Service)
  • Contact (name, physical address, telephone number, email address)
  • Computer Device (IP address, browser, OS)


By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.

Consent is required for the Service Provider to process personal data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.

You may withdraw consent at any time by cancelling the Service.
