DMP is a Web-based PHP/MySQL application that you install on your Web server to run under a domain name you select. Here is what you require:
Apache server
Linux/Unix based operating system
PHP 5.x
MySQL 5.x
Recommended (but not required): CPanel & PHPMyAdmin
